Companies can pick up their envelope of badges at the conference registration table at the Holiday Inn by the Bay on Thursday. Set up time is typically 4:00-8:00pm on Thursday, but may be earlier if the hall is ready earlier than initially scheduled.
In addition to CE credits based on the number of days you are registered for, registration includes:
Yes, we have arranged a room on the second floor of the hotel for use by nursing/pumping mothers who are not staying onsite. The key will be kept at the conference registration desk and must be returned there between uses. This is a shared space.
Attire for the NEVC is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers, as the temperature in the hall can swing as the number of attendees in the hall waxes and wanes.
In keeping with Holiday Inn rules, only service dogs are permitted.
