Sponsorships are available at a variety of levels. Sponsors have the opportunity to register early for exhibitor booths, receive first selection of booth location, and access discounted hotel room bookings. For questions, contact us at exhibit@nevma.org.
Exhibitor registration will open on May 1.
Booth selection will be available through the exhibitor portal after sponsors have selected their locations.

Please note that all 3-day booths are perimeter locations in Casco Bay Hall. Additional Foyer and Registration area spaces are also available, with priority and discounted rates for non-profits. Please contact exhibit@nevma.org for non-profit details.
All booths are 8×10' carpeted spaces with a draped table, 2 chairs, and electricity. Includes 3 badges covering continental breakfasts, lunches, and breaks.
