Sponsorships are available at a variety of levels. Sponsors have the opportunity to register early for exhibitor booths, receive first selection of booth location, and access discounted hotel room bookings. For questions, contact us at exhibit@nevma.org.

Please note that all 3-day booths are perimeter locations in Casco Bay Hall. Booth selection is available through the exhibitor portal upon registration.
Additional Foyer and Registration area spaces are also available, with priority and discounted rates for non-profits. Please contact exhibit@nevma.org for non-profit details.
All booths are 8×10' carpeted spaces with a draped table, 2 chairs, and electricity. Includes 3 badges covering continental breakfasts, lunches, and breaks.
