A standard room with two beds is $202/night, plus tax and parking. A standard king is $212/night, and executive rooms are $217/night. The hotel does sell out quickly. Listed below are some of the other area hotels with their distance from the Holiday Inn by the Bay. There are also hotels further away from the Old Port area that are less expensive.
Directions: From the North or South: Take I-295 to Exit 7 (Franklin Street). Stay on Franklin Street for five (5) lights. Take a right onto Middle Street, travel approx. 1 mile. (Middle Street turns into Spring Street.) Holiday Inn will be on the left.
Parking: Overnight guests will be charged a parking fee with the room fee and will park under the hotel. For day conference attendees, there is parking in the garage adjacent to the Holiday Inn at no charge, first come, first served. There are additional city garages and lots nearby (rates differ at each). On-street parking on Sunday is free.
