The 2025 conference is being held at the Holiday Inn by the Bay, 88 Spring St, Portland, ME 04101.

Hotel Reservations: The room blocks at the Holiday Inn by the Bay and the Westin will open in late March 2024.  Listed below are some of the other area hotels with their distance from the Holiday Inn by the Bay.  There are also hotels further away from the Old Port area that are less expensive.

Directions: From the North or South: Take I-295 to Exit 7 (Franklin Street). Stay on Franklin Street for five (5) lights. Take a right onto Middle Street, travel approx. 1 mile. (Middle Street turns into Spring Street.) Holiday Inn will be on the left. 

Parking: 

• Overnight guests will be charged a parking fee with their room fee and will park under the hotel.
• For day conference attendees, there is parking in the garage adjacent to the Holiday Inn at no charge, first come, first served. On Saturday and Sunday. there is an additional surface lot on Free Street available.  The Free Street lot is only available for entry for two hours in the morning, once you exit, there is no re-entry.
• There are additional city garages and lots nearby (rates differ at each). 
• On-street parking on Sunday is free.
