Registration for exhibit space is now open. Companies that commit to sponsoring a speaker or a break by June 1st will be guaranteed a booth.
Companies that are not sponsoring a speaker or event will be confirmed for a booth by a point system that takes into account date application received and past participation.
2018 Booth Fee: $995. Fee includes an 8 x 10’ booth space on a carpeted floor, an 8-foot draped table, two chairs, and electricity. Three badges are included, which covers Continental breakfasts, lunches and breaks. Exhibitors will be listed on the conference website and app.
Sponsorships at a variety of levels are available and information is included in the registration packet. Companies that commit to a sponsorship by June 1st will be guaranteed a booth.
Friday, September 28: 9:30am-5:30pm (lunch & breaks in the hall)
Saturday, September 29: 7am-3:30pm (breakfast, lunch & breaks in the hall)
Sunday, September 30: 7:30am-12:30pm (limited, must register for Sunday separately)
Thursday, September 27: 4-8pm
Friday, September 28: 6-9am
Friday & Saturday Exhibitors: Saturday, September 29 from 3:30-5:30pm. Must be out of the hall by 6pm.
Sunday Exhibitors: Sunday, September 30 from 12:30-4pm
